Introduction: This Referral Commission Policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the referral program offered by Donith Media.
Referrer Responsibilities: By participating in our referral program, you (“Referrer”) agree to the following terms:
1. Referral Commission:
- Referrers will receive a commission of 3% of the total invoice amount paid by referred clients.
- The commission is applicable only for new clients to the Digital Agency.
2. Valid Referral Criteria:
- A valid referral must be a new client to the Digital Agency.
- Referrals must be communicated to the Digital Agency, providing the full name and contact details of the referred client.
3. Commission Payment:
- Commissions are payable only when the referred client pays for Digital Agency services.
- Payment will be issued within 7 working days of receipt of the referred client’s payment.
4. Termination:
- Either party may terminate participation in the referral program with written notice and be sent to info@donithmedia.com.ng
- Termination does not affect the Referrer’s right to receive earned commissions before the termination date.
5. Amendments:
- The Donith Media reserves the right to amend these terms with notice.
- Continued participation in the referral program after such changes constitutes acceptance.
By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Referral Commission Policy.
